As usual you turkeys can’t see the obvious because you’re issuing certain intellectual capabilities. ESPECIALLY now when you’ve got breeding and territory defense on your minds.

Saw a turkey vulture (yes, an actual vulture) circling over Ashford Street in Allston about 90 minutes ago - unfortunately, we weren't able to get any photos, but it came as quite a surprise.

TVs are fairly common.
Maybe not so much in Allston... but I like the black vultures better.
I am very glad that you were excited by your sighting and reported it though, keep birding!
