Put one or two others by Forest Hills, one each by Jackson Sq. and Roxbury Crossing and that would be a plus for the housing market. The biggest problem with this is that it is only near the 39 bus.
One in Brookline Village would be great, but of course Brookline decided to build a huge medical office building instead as they'd rather get taxes than build schools.
