i watched the whole 3 seasons on i.m.d.b.tv this year.
it actually holds up eventhough he plays the stereotypical black tuff brute.
(except for his inexplicable half-laff).

Hawk was NOT a brute. He was a highly intelligent, well-read, sophisticated man with money and a taste for finer things.
