Ha!
Those asses sure look familiar? How about placing an undercover in the area to walk around? They're bound to do it again if it's that easy.
Useless
That video is not useful at all.
Better than nothing
Man on the left has a unique gait from what i'm presuming are duck feet.
Both are seemingly well built.
If i can reach, theyre both very tense at the shoulder so either headed towards or away from a fight perhaps. (Basing this off my own rolls in the gutter).
Useful if we look at it that way.
The vortex of violence
It is one thing to steal a phone and make your escape but when you have to viciously beat your victims your have entered the vortex of violence from which you cant escape till you are caught and brought to justice.
Really narrows it down
Be on the lookout for two males ages 15-45 standing 5'8"-6'2"
