Blazing sunrise
Evan Judd had a great seat for this morning's sunrise over Roslindale.
Joe Kidson watched the sun come up over Cohasset harbor:

Awesome!
.
Philosophical Q:
I love this of course, but wonder:
Does using digital alterations (color, contrast, etc) to natural photos which are then widely disseminated give a false impression to people who have never seen it, and therefore an inevitable disappointment when they see the real thing?
What happens when the actual world can't match our preconceived expectations? Are we destined for future dismay with Earth if cyberspace is more attractive?
Gorgeous!
