That street is 20 mph but you can easily do 40. Why don’t we have speed bumps again?

When I got my license (and drove by this house when I first drove solo) the speed limit was 30, which is what it was designed for. Now it is 25.

Traffic calming measures on main roads are pretty much par for the course in Europe.

They tend to have less of a problem with the car vs building crash too. Is it the high viz building law?
