Police say man and woman spent an afternoon robbing jewelry stores from Cambridge to Rhode Island

Cambridge Police say a man robbed a jewelry store on Cambridge Street on Feb. 26, then headed south to do the same thing to stores in North Attleboro and Pawtucket.

The male suspect fled with engagement rings and entered a waiting car parked outside that was driven by a female suspect. The theft in Cambridge occurred at approximately 2:30 p.m. at a Cambridge Street jeweler. The jewelers in North Attleboro and Pawtucket were then victimized the same day at approximately 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., respectively.
