Citizen complaint of the day: Jamaica Plain light pole just a tad out of alignment

Man standing completely straight for reference, no doubt.
A concerned citizen files a 311 complaint about a tilted light pole at Dungarven and Kenton roads in Jamaica Plain:
Pole has dangerous lean and is spilling light into living spaces as a result. The pole should be taken out or replaced and a dark-sky compliant lamp fitted.

I would venture that the existing fixture and lamp are dark sky compliant. Or were at the time of install.
