Mother with young child stabbed on Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester; suspect arrested

Live Boston reports a woman was stabbed outside 1261 Dorchester Ave. around 9:30 p.m. on Monday. The woman was taken to a local hospital with serious, but not life-threatening, injuries. The child was uninjured.
Princewill Daniels, 39, of Framingham, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
