Apparently no one in this city knows to treat lights that are out as stop signs. Made a full stop, police cruiser coming perpendicular blew through the intersection and so the 10 cars behind it did too.

Eversource now claims fix by 3:15am Thursday morning.
Does anyone know if this has anything to do with the huge numbers of Eversource crews that were out in the Rosi/WRox/JP area on Tuesday? Most seemed to be checking transformers and relays, rather than fixing existing problems. Preventative maintenance before the big winds yesterday?
