Citizen complaint of the day: Dead couch in the middle of the road

A concerned citizen filed a 311 complaint about a couch just sitting in the middle of Sparhawk Street in Brighton last night.

Sometimes when we're going south on the Expressway Waze will caution us that there's an "ottoman ahead!" We have puzzled over that for months.
