Soon officers were told that a person had actually been shot in the crowd. As they searched for a victim, officers were informed that someone was driving the victim to the hospital in their own car, a dangerously dumb and risky move.

Bruh, you seen what ambulances cost?

even besides the cost. Depends on distance, what traffic is like, and the nature of the medical emergency.

If someone could get me to the hospital before an ambulance could even *arrive*, that would probably be a good choice.

he might not have survived if teammate Tony Battie hadn't thrown him in a car and rushed him to new england baptist. pierce was stabbed 11 times.

I love the Carnival, but at the same time I feel like the violence surrounding it this year was seriously under-reported by the Globe and other local media. Thank you for making this post.
