Monica Cannon-Grant's husband dies in motorcycle crash

NECN reports Clark Grant died in a crash in Easton yesterday. He was 39.

Along with his wife, he was facing a series of federal charges related to funds for her Violence in Boston non-profit.

I kept hearing sirens speeding down my street on Wednesday, so I know it was bad. That intersection of Rt 138 and Rt 106 is notorious for awful accidents. Many prayers to all those who are affected.

No matter how one may feel about their actions, it is always horrible when these things happen. Condolences to the family, it is a very difficult time for them. I hope their strongest critics take a seat for a little while to let the family grieve.

When riders are still getting used to being out on the roads after a long road of hibernation, and drivers have forgotten to look out for motorcyclists. As they say "Look twice, it could save a life". Be safe out there.
