Storrowing doesn't take a holiday

A roving UHub photographer ran across this freshly shorn box truck sitting on North Harvard Street after a little run in with a bridge on nearby Soldiers Field Drive this morning.
Don't worry about the loneliness of the long-distance storrower, down from New Hampshire: There was a state trooper keeping him company, in a cruiser just behind what was left of his truck.

Lax enforcement
In the 80’s I was stopped and given a warning for driving a taxi on Storrow drive by the MDC. There were bridge incidents back then but not like now. The MDC did a decent job policing Storrow, the Jamaicaway and the various Parkways, they actually ticketed trucks and commercial vehicles using the roads. Since the State police took over its horrible. Storrow is a glaring example since the State police have a station at the start of Storrow drive, they could not be closer.
Soldiers Field ROAD, surely
Or are you trying to indicate that you're not sure whether it was officially Soldier's Field ROAD or Storrow DRIVE?
Demolition or Remediation?
Which does this count as? Demolishing an old box truck, or decommissioning a piece of polluting machinery? I'm sure there's a tax credit for ADEP to be had here somewhere.
That wind blown devil may care look …
… is very attractive from the one side. But from the curb side it’s clear there is nothing inside but air.
Like vehicle, like driver.
Meanwhile, in a UHaul ...

"Until this thread, it never occurred to me to consider all of the trucks that aren't Storrow'd each week."
