I used to see both Vinny and Shannon working out on the Reggie Lewis Center's indoor track during winter evenings prior to COVID. Both have an excellent work ethic and their wins were well-deserved; congrats to them and everyone that completed the marathon!

Johnny Kelley's first Boston Marathon victory was 2:37, over a minute/mile slower than today's winners. It's remarkable how times have changed.
