Carpundit couldn't wait to get in the Ralph Lauren car exhibit at the MFA. Chris couldn't wait to get out.

Adam Gaffin alerted me to this negative review of the Lauren car exhibit at MFA.
What about the Museum of Transportation?

In Brookline (you know- that township wedged between Allston and BU, Newton and JP?) we have a beautiful Park with a sizeable Museum of Transportation. If you have a penchant for classic old cars, you should already know about this place. They have car shows all summer long, as well as indoor exhibits all year long. What makes no sense to me is that this wonderful car collection was displayed at the MFA instead of here. I guess this is just another sign of how little interest real art draws in the new millenium. Most schools have long given up on art education, and so art awareness is rapidly dying out. No wonder depression and obesity are at all time highs.

I wasn't aware that the lack of art education leads to fat kids. I thought that was due to the lack of phys ed, but what do I know?

People who don't nourish themselves spiritually have poorer physical health.

That must explain my cold - I haven't been to the MFA since the Art Deco show opened :-).
