I got off an inbound train at Boston Landing around 2:26 pm and biked towards the Charles River Speedway, not seeing this at all.
The bridge is the other way

Assuming you crossed into Lower Allston on the Everett St bridge, possibly with that gaggle of cyclists, you'd have to turn east along the pike to see the fire. Was your bike Pikachu-themed?
