98% chance the car came speeding down Sycamore Street, a long, straight one way street that slopes downward. The design empowers speeding.
The Wu administration has been working hard on traffic calming on Poplar Street, a road that is a lot calmer than Sycamore even before the changes, because Wu wants people to drive slower on the street. Given the behavior of Wu’s driver earlier this year, I’m guessing Sycamore will get 25mph speed humps a year after Wu leaves office.

Per Keep Roslindale Quirky, It wasn't 182 Florence. It was 161, which is not near the corner. I could pontificate on why I think the crash happened, but honestly, that's a rough stretch of road where several different things could have happened.
Still, happy that 182 avoided the fate I worry will befall it. They used to have this great Christmas light display that you'd see all the way down the road.
Clearly Wu is at Fault Here

She personally wants people speeding on Sycamore street. Yep, makes sense.
Not people
