Gotta be more to this story. How does one die in a parking lot from an accidental multiple knife wound?
Did he fall on the knife several times? Was he juggling knives and they all stabbed him in the head? Something is off here?

Report stated stab wounds so I assume that means more than one but maybe it is meant as any stab wound.
