Bright and early, well, early at any rate on this rainy day, like 5:21 a.m., the MBTA announced delays on the Blue Line due to signal problems near Orient Heights. Fortunately, the T updated at 5:46 a.m. that the problem had been fixed.

Since the day the Blue Line eliminated the slow zones and reopened after running shuttle buses for two weeks, there has not been one single day without delays, disabled trains and signal problems. Not one. It is now clear that whatever repairs were made set off a whole new chain of problems.

This is not even newsworthy in the hyper local Uhub area of operations. There are signal problems in every transit city in the world.
