Transit Police report a man they arrested for an alleged sexual attack on a T bus in Brighton turned out to be wanted for a similar assault at the Park Street T stop - and has 11 other outstanding warrants in similar cases.
According to police, Atchely Exavier, 28, of Brighton, would go up to women who are standing, then grind his face in their buttocks.
Exavier was scheduled for arraignment today in Boston Municipal Court on a count of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or older, subsequent offense for the Park Street incident on April 9, according to court records.
Transit Police say he will face the same charge in Brighton court for a May 7 attack that led them to him in Brighton.
Police add he is a suspect in a third such attack, but that the victim did not want to press charges.
Innocent, etc.

Greatest U-Hub headline of all time. The only thing that would have made it funnier was if you called him a Brighton man in headline.

Because if not then female riders should boycott the T until management takes these assaults seriously.
