Roving UHub photographer Butternugz checked in from the northbound Expressway this morning, where he briefly shared the road with this van. He reports the driver was "dressed in full Star Wars flight gear with a helmet, waving a light saber out the window," and was repeatedly screaming "Fuck dem, it's us against them! " through the speaker mounted on the top of the van. Butternugz is not absolutely sure who "dem" are, but one possible tell is the small Confederate-flag sticker on the right window.

I've seen him in Boston, on the Expressway and in the Braintree area for at least a few years.
All that smudged looking mess between the current decals is what is left of the previous decorations. It was completely covered with similar stuff before; I seem to recall some of them involving sexual acts and Joe Biden's name.

Beyond that, a long record might have many cases in which the evidence turned out to be insufficient and the cases had to be dismissed.

What is amazing is how far any person can go in believing insane distortions of reality. Unless there are multiple dimensions he this driver just happened to ride some bridge (Rainbow Bridge of Norse mythology - nah, the driver is probably a pious Christian who knows that rainbows were invented for Noah as an after the Flood communiqué from the Big Divine Kauna - or did I just sin with cultural appropriation? - the other side of absurd beliefs).
