Person stabbed in the throat outside Forest Hills MBTA station

A person was stabbed in the throat in a field on the upper-busway side of the Forest Hills T station, where Washington Street crosses the Arborway to become South Street, around 4:20 p.m.

As Boston and Transit Police officers began looking for a suspect, the victim was transported to a local emergency room. The BPD homicide unit was called in due to the severity of the victim's injuries.
