Man shot in chest across street from Mattapan police station

A man was shot in the chest, leg and arm around 9:55 p.m. inside the Mama Supermarket at the corner of Blue Hill Avenue and Morton Street diagonally across from the B-3 police station.

Because of the severity of his injuries, the homicide unit was summoned.

Police are looking for two black men, dressed all in black except for white sneakers, who ran out of the store and then down Blue Hill Avenue toward Woolson.
