Man shot to death in Roxbury

UPDATE: Boston Police identify the victim as Joel D. Phillips, 25.

UPDATE: The Globe reports the victim died.

Somebody was shot around 1:35 a.m. at 52 Copeland St.. A suspect was described as a black male, 5'9" with braids, wearing a white cap and a white shirt. He may have fired 12 shots.
