Man charged with sexual attack on the Orange Line

Transit Police report arresting a Brighton man on charges he molested a woman on the Orange Line between Downtown Crossing and Oak Grove Saturday evening.

Eliazard Jean-Gilles, 34, was arrested at Oak Grove around 7:30 p.m. on a charge of indecent assault and battery. According to police:

While travelling north on an Orange Line train (between DTC and Oak Grove) the victim was indecently assaulted multiple times by a male.

Police say that when officers caught up with him as he walked toward the station parking lot, both the victim and witnesses IDed him.
