SWAT team bursts into Mattapan home, arrests man on drug, gun charges

Boston Police report arresting Kaaron Brown, 31, and seizing cocaine, marijuana and a loaded handgun they say was stolen in Georgia.

Police say the SWAT team, armed with a search warrant, rushed into 41 Hiawatha Rd. early this morning and found a loaded Glock 22 Gen .40 CAL with an obliterated serial number, 55 grams of cocaine and 10 grams of pot.

Brown was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, trafficking a Class B drug and possession of a Class D drug with intent to distribution, police say.
