Man charged with pulling out a loaded gun as an argument grew heated outside Grove Hall Stop & Shop

Boston Police report arresting a Roslindale man they say pulled out a loaded gun during an argument this afternoon outside the Stop & Shop at 468 Blue Hill Ave. in Dorchester.

Police say that Ja’Juan Holliman-Wiggins, 21, tried reaching for his gun again when officers arrived around 3:40 p.m., but that they proved faster and were able to grab the gun - a 9-mm Glock 17 Generation 5 with fifteen rounds in the magazine.

He was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of ammunition, police say.
