Man charged with waving loaded gun around inside Roxbury bar

Boston Police report arresting an Attleboro man they say spent part of his Sunday night "brandishing a firearm" inside Slade's Bar and Grill, 958 Tremont St.

Police say "multiple patrons and staff" quickly pointed out Travis Means, 33, when they arrived following a 911 call around 9:20 p.m. Police say that by the time officers got there, Means no longer had the gun on him, but that they found a Star .40-caliber gun loaded with five rounds in a bag nearby.

Means was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition and assault with a dangerous weapon, police say.

Innocent, etc.
