Man shot to death on Keegan Street in Roxbury

Victim identified as Bihlal Bell, 31.
Boston Police report a man was shot the Keegan Street side of Orchard Park in Roxbury around 5:50 p.m.
The victim was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police say.
Stanley Staco reports as many as 12 shots were fired.

My god!
The fact that most of these shooting deaths occur at night is horrific and dangerous enough for the residents of the area, but the fact that this guy was shot and killed in broad daylight is even scarier. It means that the area is unsafe for the residents even during the day, which is also quite horrifying.

You’re correct
It would be interesting to see a survey, broken down to the granular level, of how safe people people felt in any given area. It would be quite telling.
