Man shot to death on Norwell Street in Dorchester

Victim identified as Roosevelt Thornton Jr., 33.

Boston Police report a man was shot at 215 Norwell St. in Dorchester around 12:05 p.m. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
