Victim identified as Edwin Pizarro, 48, of Mattapan.
Two people were shot on 10 Orlando St. near Almont Street in Mattapan around 9:15 p.m.
Boston Police report one of the victim was pronounced dead at a local hospital. The other victim is expected to survive.
