Man wanted for slicing somebody at Wellington

Surveillance photos of Wellington suspect via TPD.

Transit Police report they are looking for a guy they say sliced a man with a knife at the Wellington Orange Line stop around 5:30 a.m. on Dec. 29.

If he looks familiar, contact detectives, anonymously if you like, at 617-222-1050.

Separately, a man got off an inbound Red Line train at Andrew to report he'd been sliced in the hand by one of three teens who had a knife, between JFK/UMass and Andrew, around 3:20 p.m. today.

What does "Is MBTA afraid of competition?" mean @Rwfgy.

My take was this guy looks like the protagonist in "Falling Down" except blue collar instead of white collar. I wonder what his story is?

at the Capitol on January 6. 2021. Except that the hat isn't red.

I really have to wonder - I mean he really strongly resembles one of our more hateful local assclowns.

I'm trying to figure out if it is him or if "they all look alike". I don't want to send cops to harass people, even acutely toxic people who I don't like. I'm going to get some backup on this before dropping that dime.

You trust an AI?

Look up the horror stories of where the cops have dragged innocent people from their homes because an AI matched a shitty photo up with some file or facebook photo.

If an AI program matches a picture of a person you suspect with the MBTA surveillance camera photo above and provides more and similar photographs, it's what is called "corroboration." It could give you the confidence to go to the police.

I know, it's tough to actually think about these things and not automatically disagree with me.

how having the dress and appearance of a working-class Caucasian brings out the stereotypes, including ascribing political beliefs.
