Update, 12/17: Suspect arrested.
A man was stabbed in the chest and back on a field at the Brunswick-King Play area off Intervale and Fernboro streets shortly before 9:45 p.m.

That was all vacant lots and urban wilds back in the 1960s when I lived on the Warren Street side of Intervale Street. We used to catch garter snakes there. Back in the 1980s it was still vacant lots but there was some drug dealing going on. I guess the gangsters never left since then. Kudos to the city for establishing a play area.
Now, If we could just get rid of the gangsters...
