At 4:07 p.m., a disgusted citizen filed a 311 complaint about this cone put out after approximately 25 flakes had fallen on Walter Street in Roslindale:

Primrose Street. Walter Street is probably where they were standing when they took the picture. 311 app takes the metadata from the photo and assigns an address.
The app allows you to refine the location by dragging the map. This is important since often DPW / BTD / ISD will go to the listed address and not find the condition you’re reporting.

The space saver problem would disappear much quicker if everyone who sees such simply picks up the space saver and moves it to the end of the street or treats the space saver as abandoned property and puts it in a garbage can
