Lotsa cameras across the street for the college bribery trial- when this happened they all ran down the block to get shots.

The 'BZ report repeatedly refers to the thief as "the driver." Based on the level of ability displayed during his brief excursion, I think that's an exaggeration.

Maybe this incident will inspire police to finally stop turning a blind eye to illegal idling. Also in the same vein I hope Amtrak gives appropriate punishment if its policy was violated.
