Dorchester man charged with smashing two women in the face with bottles; pal charged with trying to do the same with the butt of a gun
BostonPolice report arresting two Dorchester men on charges they attacked two women on Percival Street, near Fox Street, in Dorchester around 1:15 a.m. on Friday.
Sandro Rosa, 32, is charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon striking two women in the face with glass bottles, police say.. Admilson Pereira, 20, was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after he tried but failed to beat one of the two women with the handle of a firearm, police say. Both women were taken to a local hospital but have since been released, police say.
Police say the BPD fugitive unit tracked the two to a hideout in Brockton, where they were arrested with the help of Brockton officers and Suffolk County Sheriff's deputies.
