Actually, in Chinese, it's "Refugee."
So if it fits the criteria for Kawasaki syndrome, there is no need to call it anything else.
It's a slow, periodic wobbling of the front wheel in some of the older cows. The early KZ900 did it, I'm told. I had an old two stroke that would do it at a specific speed on the highway. Faster, it'd disappear. Very disconcerting.
