Two shot, one dead, on Wilrose Street in Dorchester

Victim identified as Mario G. Santos, 21, of Dorchester.

Police found two men shot on Wilrose Street between Westwood Street and Puritan Avenue in Dorchester, around 7:40 p.m.

One victim was shot in the face.

Boston Police report one victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The other was transported to a local hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.
