Watertown man robbed Uphams Corner bank, but didn't get far, police say

Boston Police report arresting a Watertown man they say robbed the Santander Bank branch at 535 Columbia Rd. in Dorchester around 1:15 p.m. on Monday.

Police say they found David Laffey, 60, a couple blocks away on Cushing Avenue, where they arrested him on a charge of unarmed bank robbery.
