Gunshot victim dropped off at Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain

A man with a gunshot wound to the foot was dropped off at the emergency room at Faulkner Hospital around 9 p.m. Police are investigating whether it's related to a more serious shooting around 4 p.m. on Homes Avenue in Dorchester.
