She's going on and on about railings and blankets and small concrete ledges (which, given the surface structure of the Mass Ave bridge I'm not really getting anyway), with a selfish disregard for the previously-determined Universal (Hub) Truth applicable to 4th of July territorial conflicts: Joy of Sharing trumps Claims of Justin.

Justin would have launched into a lengthy tirade about how the appearance of the idiot kids was entirely the fault of the people with the baby.
Very different

She's talking about someone showing up just as the fireworks start and standing right in front of people who had been their the whole time. That's different from "GET OFF MY BLANKIE!" or "Fireworks aren't for families!"
I was able to get back at some jerks who did the same thing to me a few years ago. After the fireworks started, some punks shoved their way into a spot that the cops had been trying to keep clear and directly in front of a whole bunch of us who'd been waiting for hours. Then they started smoking. Suffice to say, I showed the same respect by not making a point to move out of their way after the fireworks and one of them tripped over me and plowed into his buddies. I was fine, though. Seemed a rather just end to the night.
