He was Devonte Dalvin-Franklin, according to the Suffolk County DA's office.
State Police are investigating his murder because they have jurisdiction over homicides on MBTA property. People with information can call the Suffolk County State Police Detective Unit at 617-727-8817 or Transit Police at 617-222-1212.

he was a good friend and i knew him for a year but just to see him gone is surprising. he was a good and funny person he knew how to light up a room.
