Did they shut down before 8:30, or was I unable to see it down Brighton Avenue because of the clouds?

It shut off right at 8:30. I was hoping to take pics of the skyline from Mem Drive with the Hancock and Pru lights off, but you couldn't even see them with the lights on, it was so foggy.
