Dammit, who keeps giving the Morrissey Boulevard drawbridge Viagra?

UPDATE: They fixed whatever was wrong, bridge is now down again.
The Globe reports officials are urging motorists to avoid Morrissey Boulevard between Freeport and UMass because the drawbridge is stuck in an upright position and they don't know how to get it down.

Traffic Backed up down Mass Ave.
From my vantage point at Mass Ave - Columbia Rd, traffic was backed up all the way down Mass Ave past Newmarket Square too.
Be sure to seek immediate medical attention
if your drawbridge stays raised for more than four hours.
