Sovereign Bank branch in Charlestown held up for second time in two months

Boston Police tweet the Sovereign Bank branch at 437 Rutherford Ave. in Charlestown was held up this afternoon. It was last held up on March 2.

Boston Police report:

The teller informed officers that a white male, mid 20's, wearing a white baseball cap, a long sleeve grey shirt, blue jeans, aviator glasses and gloves entered the bank and approached her station. She further stated that the suspect had his shirt pulled up covering his mouth and part of his face.

the bank robbers used to always travel out to western Mass or out of state to rob banks. They would always say the response time by the locals was nothing compared to robbing one in the city. Oh, well, MTV generation and all that.
