On the plus side, at least nobody drank themselves into unconsciousness
Four college students got a first-hand look at the modern criminal-justice system early Saturday morning after Boston Police turned the music down at a Mission Hill house party.
Police report being called to 96 Calumet St. shortly after midnight on Saturday:
Upon entering the location, officers observed a party of approximately 200 persons. Officers noted and observed that the majority of party-goers were drinking alcoholic beverages. Additionally, officers observed a large plywood beer pong table, a disco ball, strobe light and DJ equipment.
The two leaseholders, one a Wentworth student, were arrested and charged with being the keepers of a disorderly house and procuring alcohol for minors. Two of said minors, police say, continued chugging after police arrived and so were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.
