Sound the alarm: Power comes back to Newbury, Boylston streets

Lights started coming back on along the two main streets down to Mass. Ave. around 11 p.m.

And so did numerous burglar alarms. Police are going along Newbury now trying to figure out what to do about all those alarms.

Teagan Rae reports the Pru is still dark.

I'm betting previously filmed stuff.

I'm listening to the BPD dispatcher, who is busy sending officers out to offices and homes to check on all the burglar alarms that are now going off with the power on.

But again, not all the lights are back - Mass. Ave. to Kenmore is still dark, as is the Pru.
