Two shot in Grove Hall

Around 4:50 p.m. on Hartwell Street at Cheney. One victim was shot in the leg, the other in the foot.

The suspect is described as black, 5'6" and thin, wearing a blue top and a black cap. He got into the passenger seat of a waiting blue Honda mini-van, which then sped away.
