Christian Hari Krishnas on Center
Did anyone notice the Christian soldiers marching on to a Hari Krishna rhythm on Saturday in JP? It was very confusing. Still don't know why the religious folks were walking up and down the sidewalk. A cross was in front and so that indicated that the group was Christian. Were they trying to rid the neighborhood of the homos? Maybe void it of Trannies both biological and psychological? Did they figure JP is full of pagans and heathens and it needs the cross of Jesus parading around before God smites the neighborhood as with Sodom?
It's folks like these that give a bad name to people who are still amazed by how a simple carpenter's son could have inspired a world wide religion; the trinity silliness and resurrection and Revelation Judgement Day poppycock aside.
Reading John Shelby Spong leads me more and more to believe that the ideas that Jesus was trying to convey have been so distorted and bashed that realizing the fullness of his beliefs may indeed require a Second Coming. So look busy!

Hahahaha!
Looks like a bit of midnight oil burning
The band looks interesting. Two trombones, tuba covering for bass, guitar, drums and some other thing I couldn't make out.
It's sweet to see these odd ad hoc street bands form like they did before rock sat on everything.
Fun but...
I would never stand in that rotary both because it's dangerous and because it's a dink move.
It's ok
He rides a bike
It's the only rotary around
It's the only rotary around here I know of where the cars in the rotary are supposed to yield to incoming traffic, for some reason.
